In general bison is 30% more expensive than beef, and Wild Idea is one of a handful of ranches that exclusively practices humane field harvesting, which means their bison never see the inside of a trailer or feedlot, are never confined or stressed for their entirey of their lives. They also practice regenerative ranching which creates a stronger ecoystem and is healthier for the planet, the animals and our bodies. They are of course also 100% grass fed and finished, no antibiotics or hormones ever. They also never use pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers on the land.
