I came across this product when I went to visit my good friend in Helena, Tx. As a gym rat, the macros caught my attention, but the taste is what made me order another bat once I landed back in Texas!

While waiting for the ferry on Catalina Island for our return to Dana Pt. stopped at a store. Purchased Bison Jerky Bulgogi Korean BBQ. Enjoyed it so much that when I returned home to the East Coast I purchased more flavors. Such a clean product. Also I enjoy the Aegean Mediterranean Style. Great that you have no added sugar. I chose to try the bundle from this business deep in the Bitterroot Valley because I liked that it's owned and operated by a woman of color, a rarity in Montana. The quality and taste still had to pass muster. My preference was set long ago by a Chiricahua Apache who cut his bison jerky thinly, dried it longer, and seasoned it with a nose calibrated with a sensitivity to spice blendings. My husband prefers spicy hot (jalapeño-pineapple), I prefer spicy (Korean BBQ), and two friends in Ireland will soon be receiving Original and Black Pepper as an introduction to bison jerky. I believe the drier texture and thinner cuts of jerky not only enhances, but also requires you to savor slowly the various flavors of the jerky. Excellent product.

I have tried many of the individual ingredients in this face balm on their own but never felt they benefited my skin much. Plus I accumulated a drawer full of products. I love how this tallow makes my face feel! It moisturizes without making my face greasy like the other beef tallow I had. Bison tallow is the best! A little bit goes a long way. The only little downside it has is that I discovered I have to scrape it out with the back of my fingernail and rub it into a liquid before I put it on my face and neck.

I love that this is a small business producing a high quality product without the fillers. Natural, protein-packed & tasty. So Good! Not overwhelming pepper flavor. You still can enjoy the bison taste.
