This particular product starts with Regenerative Organic Certified® bison, which is the highest standard of meat we can source. These animals are raised on native grasses, on land that’s actively being restored, and harvested with care. From there, we pair it with real, organic ingredients like ROC olive oil, ROC olives, fresh garlic, and herbs — no shortcuts, no fillers, no soy, no added sugars.
On top of that, everything is made by hand in small batches here in Montana. That means higher costs, but it also means complete control over quality, integrity, and how the food is actually made.
We understand it may not be an everyday snack for everyone — and that’s okay. For us, it’s about offering something you can trust when you do choose it.
