I have to admit when first ordering this jerky, I thought to myself well here goes a waste of money considering it has no preservatives etc. all of the jerky I’ve had that is “homemade/ small batch- has been dry, tough, and lacked little flavor. I was SHOCKED after trying this one. Not only was the texture and consistency perfect, the flavor is incredible. Authentic flavor…. not just smoke flavoring added to make it taste like jerky. Its flavor definitely supersedes any cost. It’s truly a small batch item. The bison is the most tender of them all. DELICIOUS
